Hi All,
Good Day!

I need advises from all of you.... thank you!

I have made an application to immigrate to Canada under Federal Skilled Worker in 2008.
Somehow, they 'returned' my application because of my current job is not on the NOC LIST.

Now, in 2010, i resubmit / reapply for another application under new job which is on the NOC LIST.
I've passed all the required marks / my immigration consultant said i qualified!!!
Do you think they gonna return my application again? ( because of changing jobs? )

Thank You

Best wishes for all

I suggest you, not to apply before releasing new NOC list. Because list is going to change again.

New NOC demand list is expected to release on or after 1st Mar 2010.

You may have shown your work experience when you applied in 2008. You may have shown your experience i.e. from 2005 to 2008 for a particular designation in 2008 application. while application in 2010, repeat same designation and job duties of 2008 application, just copy from old application.

You can update your work experience for period of 2008 to 2010 according new NOC list.

Hello,
I would suggest you to reapply asap
firstly if you are applying in job with NOC which is in 38 and you have min of 1 year experience in it.

secondly before the list of 38 changes and you become ineligible as no one know whats gonna change ..

If your current job is under NOC and you have one year experience in this job, please go ahead and re apply.

Changing job is not an issue at all.
