Please don't lose hope people. Try increasing your scores.
I have been in the pool since March 2017.

Its been a long wait and i have been following all the ROH threads.Finally, did lots of preparation from Cambridge books, Liz website, ielts advantage website and E2 language youtube videos.
Maxed my ielts score now.
CRS : 394->406->417->475.

Note : Gave ielts 8 times:p

My CRS journey was as follows: 363 => 413 => 438=> 466

I gave IELTS 7 times excluding 1 "Academic" that I gave 8 years ago in my back home.

Are you sure about that? Then what about this here?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=855&top=29

it clearly says,
To be considered under the Federal Skilled Worker Program:

Your work experience must have been full-time (or the equivalent in part-time hours), worked continuously and paid, for at least one year in the same occupation.

An internship is different since its part of the study program.
I was referring to this when I answered.

The part time stuff, you will have to clock in the full time equivalent and also there is this full time student thing. That's why I have excluded all the part time work I have done till now during my Master's. None add up to the Full time equivalent hours and also was a full time student.

Hope u r in India

When did u apply for his pp? It doesn’t take more than a week to get a minor’s pp,especially newborn. I got my daughter’s PP in a day.

If u haven’t received after a week or more, contact your Passport Officer and explain the situation. Definitely he will help.
Thank you very much for your advice.
Currently, I live in Australia and I have submitted my son's passport application to the Sri Lankan High Commission in Australia. They are sending it back to Sri Lanka to get the passport done.
I received my invitation (ITA) on 25th June and it is going to expire on 24th September.
That is the reason I wanted to know if I submit the application without my son's passport, the case officer is going to reject my application.

Please advice.
Thank you.

Can anyone help me? What does that mean? We are going to have more draw? More ITA? I can't really understand these graphics.
the way I read this is the following:
for 2017 the government of Canada had a target to send 71'700 ITAs which they completed up to 89% (sending only 63'777 of them)
as for 2018, they planned for 74'900 ITAs. till now they have sent 58'600. It is unlikely (to my opinion) they will reach the target by the end of the year, but if they can manage to do as well as last year (i.e. 89% = 66'600 ITAs) that means they will have to issue another 8200 more until December

If you don’t get the PP by your last date, explain your situation in using a LOE and complete your submission. You can raise a CSE later and update your son’s PP details later

Why they can’t reach the targets? 74900-58600 = 16300

Assuming they’ll have 7 more draws before the year end, all they need to send is around 2400 ITAs per draw

Am I missing something?

who says they HAVE TO make 7 more? I hope they will. I am waiting for CRS to drop to 437 since April now. Anyways, I just assumed (hoping I was wrong :D )
