I was expecting the draw on Wednesday and didn't have any hope for 86th draw but luckily I got my ITA. Congratulations to all those who got ITA this round. I wish the best luck for everyone who is still waiting.
Sorry but the only thing that additional funds can influence is the speed in which applications are processed. The quota is still the same and they are still asked to meet it.
In addition immigration is not just EE. That is actually rather small part of it. We are speaking about processes like refugee, spousal and parent / grant parent application. And of course about citizenship applications as well.
After a devastating draw on March 14 which dashed my Canada dream to some extent I am again hopeful after today’s draw and I will tell you why. So we have now some date to put into context. We have pool distribution from Feb 15, March 08 and March 20. Since the draw of March 14 were above 450 we can directly consider data of Feb 15 and March 20 for our consideration (33 days). In those 33 days the followings increased happened…
411-420 = 5814-5543 = 271
421-430 = 5120- 4690 = 430
431-440 = 6253- 5261 = 992
441-450 = 1740 -985 = 755 +600 = 1355 (The 600 here is an approximate which is the increase between Feb 15 to Feb 22. Since this range were almost cleared on February 22)
Now in total we have in 33 days 3048 profile created in our discussed range which is a lot but not as much as I previously thought. We have 22 net entries per day in 411-420 and 72 net entries per day in 431-450 range which is again a lot. However not as much as I previously thought.

It seems that in this draw will be way less PNP. That made that additional jump in the last week draw.
Also what you are missing in the picture are 450 - 600 profiles (which you can only estimate indirectly by estimating 600+ amount and then less than 450 amount of people who will get ITA).
Actually the biggest daily surplus (be a new account or an improved CRS) is happening on the 450+ range.
And the hints are that some people are still not on their point max. potential. For one reason or other (mainly money and time) they are missing points for some parts (hello ECA and language test for spouses).
As competition is going up suddenly there are more decisions to add the missing documentation.

Yes Sir definitely. 450+ is unpredictable and sometimes probably the PNP release are all at once, which is what probably happened in between March 14- Feb 21. We cant predict that but at least the increase in the range between 431-450 gives hope for people like me who are in 430+.

Guys suggest me something. I am currently at 434 in the express entry pool. However I have a IELTS result pending for remark. if I add that pending result my score will be 437 which should get me to the OINP invitation range since they invite 10 CRS below the cut off range which should be 436-445. So should I add that pending IELTS result to my express entry profile? It is said in the IELTS that any pending result cannot be used for immigration but if I get an invitation from OINP by the time I submit my application there my result will not be pending anymore. Should I take that chance? is it worth a try?

The the tie breaker rule only applies for those with the minimum CRS score (446 in this case). All candidates with scores above that will receive an ITA regardless of the date.
