Was yesterday too late to enter the pool? I submitted my profile yesterday (20-Feb) but somehow got my effective profile date as 21-Feb. I hope I was not too late to get ITA this time.
What time did you crate your profile yesterday? I created around 7AM EST on 02/20/2018

Doesn't matter what time- As long as the Express Entry profile effective date is <= the date of draw you are fine.

I was wondering the same. If it is, then it's going to be a long day for me as I created my profile on Saturday.
I got it the minute I posted that message. So, you should receive the mail anytime now. Cheers.

As per the CRS score distribution as on 01 Feb 18 (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/rounds-invitations.html), there were 2031 applicants above 440 (i.e. 441 - 1200). On 07 Feb 18, there were 3000 ITAs with a cut off of 442. So does this mean that between 01 Feb and 07 Feb, more than 1000 442+ profiles were added or older profiles updated?

Also, from the table above, you estimate that there are currently about 3016 applicants at 440+. So, it seems that almost all these ~ 3000 applicants entered the pool/upgraded between 07 Feb and today.

Looks like I'm missing something. Will be glad to hear from you.
Yes, between Feb 1 and Feb 7, 1000+ profiles got added to the pool or increased their CRS score above 442.
There are lot of applicants stuck at and around the 440 score, so apart from that everyone else is getting added to the pool newly or increasing their existing CRS score.

I am in the exact same boat as you (438 points and got NOI on 12th Feb). Curious to see if we can get in during the draws on Mar 7th or Mar 21st.
Yep ,fingers crossed. I was hoping that this draw would fall to 440 at least . what are you planning to do with your OINP? my thought is that I'll wait for two more draws, then submit my OINP if i do not get in. The OINP process is going to take 6 months , post which we get 600 additional points. My guess is in those 6 months the CRS cut-off should drop in the 430's. At which point I might have to withdraw my OINP and lose $1500. Basically putting $1500 down the drain for peace of mind.

@abhishek_89 your thoughts on this?

Congratulations to everyone who got ITAs today.....can someone please send the link for the 85th draw for all of us who are still waiting......

I have a query regarding counting the 45 days from the day i recieved OINP....we recieved OINP on 22nd January at 4:45 EST....so do i count the days from the time we recieved the NOI or is it calendar days and if calendar days then according to Ottawa or London (since its EST) or India(where i am located)?

My 45 days expire exactly on 7th or 8th of march....the day of the next draw....we do t want to miss out on the NOI because of any miscalculation.....

@abhishek_89 and everyone else....please help....
Whats your CRS?

That is my plan as well. I was looking at last year's data and it looks like starting March the scores fell into the 430s.....however, I don't know if historical data has much value and we are seeing a lot of people getting into the pool at 440+ which makes it harder for you and I to get above the cut off.

The $1500 is large amount of money and I hate to throw it away. I am curious if there is any way to extend the 45 days timeline or somehow delay the payment portion of it. Keeping fingers crossed. Hopefully @abhishek_89 can chime in as his data and predictions have been very reliable.
