I recommend you know who are the gurus behind Obama and the Clinton family. Isn't it strange when people become millionaire just being politician? One thing I can tell you. There is no innocent in politics.

Unlike you, I recognize both countries as great countries, either country would be the heaven for me. And I can live perfectly under any government, if democratically elected.

I am in the same boat as you with 431. Based on what i have read in this thread, there is an expected draw on November 8th, 2017 where we should make the cutoff.

I believe it will be around 433 or even lower, like 430ish or something (pure speculation, no calculation).

It has happened before, CRS risen high then came back to where it was and/or decreased even further. Examples are like in April/May, it went up from 415 to 423, then came back to 415 in the following draw. Similarly in March/April, it went up from 434 to 441, then fell even further to 431 in the very next draw. However, this all happened before June. Lack of draws in June followed by smaller draws have brought a very different and rather unpredictable picture in front.

we r at 429. My spouse received IELTS results today, with w-6.5. she has speaking - 8.5. So, we are thinking to file for a remark. Can you advise if it is a good idea? We anyways plan to retake in December again as if we can improve .5 in listening, we will get 2 more points.

If they go back to the numbers as they were till the first half of this year since last November/December, I think it would take just a couple of months for the score to fall in 400s. The reason is, in January, score started to fell down from above 450s (468 to be precise) and touched 413 just in first half, however, right now, it is already in early 430s.
Three or four draws of 3200+ and kaboom!

Not necessarily, they added those 15 extra points (French and siblings in Canada) - so if the numbers in 2018 stay similar to 2017, you can expect a low of 420.

Let's keep up some hope, comrade! Applications they accept in December won't be processed into nominations until January, so they might just reopen in December to start filling January quotas. We need to keep hoping and praying.
