Just happened to find this forum.. a sigh of breather for me to know that there are folks who are yet to get the ITA. My score is 421 and profile created on May 20th..... Anxiously waiting for any email from CIC .... All the best to everyone who got their ITA.

Friends with 413 and above stop freaking out and login to your CIC a/c and check your messages. If you have it great and if you don't, please be patient and check in later. I didn't receive any email from CIC but when i logged in and checked my message, its there

Finally, i really hope and pray for the rest of you with points below 413..Good luck

413 and above.. celebrate.. minimum CRS just announced.. some of the ppl still with CRS score of 413 and above waiting for email from CIC or even in their profile, it is still not reflecting.. sometimes it takes 24 hours to reflect..

Well, Listening is the game changer and I see you did pretty well (Band 8). Your wife could do better but even if she does it won´t have much impact on your score.

It seems your score isn´t higher not because of the IELTS test but because of other factors. I´m guessing here, but I would think the problem is either your age or your ECA evaluation.

That said, I don´t think your score is bad, with the current CRS cutoff trend you might get an ITA in a matter of 2 - 3 months.

Yes its not due to IELTS that my score ranges at 389. its due to my experience and I hold a bachelors degree that I recently graduated in. However, what impact would resitting the IELTS have on my score? by how many points should I increase the L,R,W,S categories of IELTS.

Not much given that you already have an 8 in Listening and medium to high marks in the other categories, but you can use the below tool and find out what score you´d be getting with higher scores:

Dont worry, give it 24 hrs and hopefully you will get the invitation on your profile..

I am trying to be patient but there is one thing bothering me.
I logged into mycic account 2 days ago to check my work history dates and then came out of application. Everything was normal but it was showing me update not submitted and I didnt bother much about it, since I didnt do any changes to the application.
Now i am panicking if that could be the issue and I dont get ITA at all today :/
