any one has any idea how they select people from the draw? Is everyone above the cut off selected or do they have pre decided percentage of people belonging to different job codes and they send ITA based on that?

If your CRS is 441 or above - you're definitely in. The job codes don't matter for FSW stream.

From my point of view, there is always a possibility. CIC may surprise all of us.
