Guys, I have an urgent problem!!

My user account is locked out due to multiple failed attempts to login. Trying to retrieve forgotten password, but apparently none of my security answer matches, it says wait for 24 hours, account temporarily suspended.

What should I do?

You have to wait 24h and then login with your password

I did that.

Just tried logging in, after waiting for 24 hours, again, same problem, password and username not matching, despite the fact that it was auto saved and I never typed username password in mycic ever!

Really worried, as I have received my ITA 2 days back, and haven't seen it yet.

How can they be not matching then, try type it by hand, and report to CIC

Tried everything
Called tech support, they didn't even care to say wait for 24 hours, they straight away said make a new gckey and link it with previous and I dont wanna do that.

How to report?

I received ITA from 25th Jan draw (as per my CIC login screen). However, I did not receive any separate email on my registered ID. Is it normal?
