Hey..what is your source..?

I believe that can be a problem..the province can go after you for representation..be careful what you advice and can have a legal consequences.

Question I applied for AINP received file number on October 8, 2014. My work permit is going to expired on February, 2017. I am 29 week pregnant. I am going to my maternity leave on 1 October 2016. Is there any way to extend work permit when I am on maternity leave?

From Ainp website:
Candidate criteria

As a Candidate, you must:

Clearly show in the application that you are able to and intend to live permanently in Alberta.

During the PR process you should mainatain all the conditions that led to your nomninaton including this one above. There will be no point to give you a PR based on province while you are working in other province.

To top all these, if any thing happens during the PR processs and you need a nomination extention, wouldn't be funny to ask Ainp to issue you this extention letter while you are residing and working in other province.

Hi

Applied under SRS- Post Graduate (NOC 1212)
Applied on : June 21, 2016
Application rec.: June 23, 2016
File #: July 20, 2016

As per AINP Website, they are working on applications received between June 27, 2016 and August 22, 2016 !(for Post Graduate category)
So I called them, they said my file has been already allocated to an officer but final decision is yet to be made  ???
Anybody applied under that NOC before June 27, 2016 and got their nomination??????????
Hey there

I applied under the same category on June 30, 2016 and I got my file number on July 25, 2016 under NOC 2173. We are under the same time span. Let's hope for the best.
What is your NOC code?
Thanks

Hi All,

I don't understand why the people apply AINP from Sep 2014 to Apr 2015 take too long for get nomination but the people apply in Jun'16 to Aug'16 get nomination quite fast around 2 to 4 months.

Thanks you for your answer.

Because they have applied under different streams i.e. EDS and SRS. And both streams have their different processing times and number of applications.

When did you apply under the AINP Program? Are you under the PNP ( EMPLOYER DRIVEN STREAM)? And how many months did you receive your NOMINATION CERTIFICATE from the date you apply?

Please share your timeline.. Thank you :)

Applied on June : 21st, 2016
Application Rec. : June 23rd, 2016
File # : July 20, 2016
NOC - 1212 (Post graduate Category)
So , its approx. two and a half months
I guess PGW category applicants can expect nomination with in 2 - 4 months
even I heard people getting in 2 months too! But getting PR is still a long journey ! :)
All the very best to everyone !
