R u waiting for AINP nomination

I tried to call them today, but the guy said go check out the webside, which pissed me off. cause Year ago when I called , they actually looked it up.

The thing is I used the old code as 2006 code, because when I applied the link was not updated yet. Not sure if that is the reason, or because of the International stream.
I paid by salary, it went up twice during the past two years, now is slightly above LAMO AB average.

I am very disappointed about AINP, without enough time to finish my work experience I could not achieve my certificate．　
their point of view is too narrow, rush to deal with current labour shortage but never really look at the future economic efforts I could contribute .

I am waiting for EE now, either give it or leave it. your loss Alberta

That is weird. please start some back up plan to deal with it. They must have given you by now. I noticed that they were pretty fussy for the hourly pay. Do you have a good hourly pay?

during my telephone interview they asked me two times to check my hourly wage and also they asked my employer to provide hourly wage doc. so I thought they are looking at it. mine is around 27 dollars per hour.

I am also AINP Applicant under SRS category_Engineering Occupation criteria.

NOC 2241 and Salary $51990 per year., Work permit is expiring October 2016

My file has been received on May 06 2014, and recently they have changed their processing policy , it's disappointing me as well. I have no idea whether they have reviewed my file or no. AINP doesn't have specific guideline as they have stopped doing case specific inquiry.

Finally I got the nomination letter yesterday nomination date June 4( got interviewed and supplied doc on June 4). The nomination letter says NO restrictions on employment.
is the NO restrictions on employment this something for open work permit? anybody here know about it.

16 months wait is finally over. OMG it was really a long wait

I got my nomination this week, thry issued on june 4th. My wp PGWP expiring july 31. I also got ainp with no restrictions. I also want to kno that how can I apply for WP and what documents I need.

If u have name of Employer on ur Nomination certifcate and if u applied in Employer driven stream then u are only eligible for closed wp with the same employer with whom u got AINP.Fastest way to get a new wp is Flagpole if u still have canadian trv.Documents u need for new wp at border
1.Employer compliance form 5802 plus$230fees paid by employer
2.Nomination Certifcate
3.Ainp wp renew support letter(which u can get if u got nominated)
4.$155 fees

Is there any one who has applied under the NOC 2282 ?
I applied this April 2015 and received my AINP file number in 4 days can any tell me how long will it take to get a nomination i see that the website says 24 months but my work permit will expire next November 2016 any Idea if it is possible to get nomination before that ?

My wife's work permit will be starting in Feb 2016 as she is on study permit at the moment is it possible to move on to a spouse work permit and still wait for nomination as my PGWP expires next November with the same file number from AINP ?

You're entitled to an Open Work Permit, if you're spouse has a study permit and you're both in Canada.

That's a clever idea. Yes, you can renew your work permit BEFORE your PG work permit expire using your wife's STUDY PERMIT(her work permit is irrelevant).
AINP won't do anything like changing file numbers or anything as long as you have a valid work permit. Be aware that if your work permit expires, your nomination will be cancelled.
Your work permit will expire the same day as your wife's STUDY PERMIT.
