I am currently in a Full Time position in Ontario; I started out on a PGWP and will soon be receiving my closed WP (employer - based work permit). I have collected all my documents for the FSW app - I will be applying under the Arranged Offer category - but have a couple of quick questions:
1. My new WP has still not arrived (should get it in March acc to CIC updates); can I apply for the PR now or should I wait until the new WP comes through? (I am only asking this as my current WP shows an expiry date of Feb end and I don't want that to mess anything up!)
2. I started working with this company in June 2011 on my PGWP and since then, I have had a raise due to passing the probation and some company reviews etc. When I apply with the Arranged Offer, should I include my original contract/the new one/both?? Also, does the salary matter for an FSW application?
