I have some questions regarding IMM 5710 Form. Can anybody help me with them?

1. If I started work on 8 April 2018 which was after I applied the PGWP but before I got the work permit (It is legal), Which date should I put in "Current country or territory of residence"? Form actual work time 8 April 2018 to work permit expiry date 9 May 2019 ? or should I fill my work permit duration from 9 May 2018 to 9 May 2019? ( Personal Details question 7 )
2. Do I need to fill in the "Details of Intended Work in Canada" with my existed employer information? If not, should I put N/A? (Details of Intended Work in Canada question 2.3.4.5)
3. Employment part asked me to give the past 10 years details, but there is not enough space to fill in all 10 years but only 7 years. What should I do?
4. Do I need to sign by handwriting in the signature part?
