i have been working for 2 ys in canada, and before here i worked one year in Boston. should i include the work reference from USA for my PR application under CEC?
As long as you are satisfying the total no. of hours required you are good to go. So, if you have been full time working in Canada that's all you will need.
As the previous poster said, as long as you have the 1 year minimum full time Canadian work experience then you can apply. but in the form where it asks you to lists your activities for the past 10 years, you can then include your boston work time.

- You do not need a Letter of Employment for work outside of Canada.
- On the form Schedule 8 - Economic Classes, you only identify skilled work in Canada only for the last 3 years.
- On the form Schedule A - Background declaration, you mention EVERYTHING for the last 10 years.
