Questions about location/hours of round trip at border for new work pass

Up here on work pass since 2014. Pass just expired but job reorg (let go) was prior to that.Got new job offer at different employer, lawyer processed papers, just need to do a round trip. On rentry, I supply the papers. In the GTA.
1)Is there a better border crossing than the others?
2)Are there hours for this?
3)Expected wait times? (took less than 20 minutes wait and process in 2014, but that was at airport)

Expect long waits after you give your documents... I will try Peace Bridge next time
