I am confused on what to fill in here because i am not hiring any agent or representative to assist me with my application. What should i write in that part and will it really have negative effect if i don't have agent?

I didn't quite get "could negatively effect the
decision on your study permit application". They are advertising telling people not to hire a representative but than on their application it says it could negatively effect the decision. Hmm..

I think it means, if you use an agent, but do not disclose that fact that you are.
