Question regarding work permit ending

Hello all,

I hope someone can answer this question for me

I applied for OWP & Spousal sponsorship april 2015, now the work permit is ending in june. If i send out the forms for a new work permit soon will it get accepted in time before the other one ends? And if it doesnt, how can i solve this? Basically, when i applied for both i had also applied for a visa extension as a backup but that still did not get accepted!

Im sending the new forms for a work permit extension within 2 weeks as i will receive my dutch passport (by the way, there is a visa in the dutch passport, because i renewed my passport, will that be valid again or not?

So i hope someone can answer my two questions.

Hi

Once you have your new passport, you need to apply for a new work permit and pay the $255 fees again. Provided it is recieved before your current permit expires, you are fine.

You don't have a visa in your passport, as you are visa-exempt. Whatever permit is in your passport doesn't matter, as you already have your OWP.
