First of all, thank you to everyone on this forum board and thank you to CanadaVisa.com for providing this platform where we can seek for advice and help.
Now a bit of background on our Application
Submitted and Received Spousal Application on August 22nd
Received email from CIC regarding the file being open and processing on October 6th
Passed sponsorship eligibility on October 6th
Medical Examination request sent on October 10th
Background Declaration and PCC request sent on October 13th
Now I have few questions if anyone is able to answer.
1. My spouse has travelled from India to Canada to visit me for few months but will be returning next month, Do I need to inform CIC about her arrival in Canada for the visit or no?
2. Since my spouse is in Canda and Medical exam has already been requested, is it okay to get her medical exam performed in Canada?
3. And I've already submitted a PCC along with the application however it has been requested again, should I just upload a scanned copy?
4. Background declaration form asks all family members to fill it out including the spouse of the applicant, does that mean the sponsor(ME -Canadian Citizen) needs to fill it out too?
