I have 2 questions as i m helping a relative apply for TRV who earlier was issued TRV prior to Biometric becoming mandatory.
1: Does the info contained in GCMS notes all the info that IRCC has regarding the previous submission?
2: In one of the sections titled "Paper File" it says as below.
Office: New Delhi
#: V*********( This is most likely the previous granted VISA number.
Location: Destroyed
Previously the file was submitted as hard copy at VFS. Does this mean the file has been destroyed and IRCC or the Local Visa Office doesnt have any access to it.
