Question Regarding Drivers License Abstract

Hello Everyone,

I have got Drivers License Abstract from USA, but in that form my First Name, Last Name, Address are not present.

Is it fine ?

How'd you get an abstract without your name on it? Is that the standard abstract that all drivers in your state get? What identifying info is on it - your drivers license number?

It has my DL #, DOB, expiration date.

Well, if this is what the DMV in that state gives every driver then it will be OK. The Canadian DMV will be aware that this is just how the abstract is in this sate.

Just confirm that you haven't somehow got a non-standard abstract. What state is this?

You need to follow these instructions and get a complete abstract.
