hi i live in quebec and ive sent my application for my husband ( he's frm pakistan but live in australia on study visa )on 7 august and they received it on 8 august ( i asked for signature when receive thats how i knw its been received on 8 aug ). Its been almost two month that i hvnt received anything for cic, is it normal?
