QUESTION ON THE 180 DAYS TIMEFRAME FOR PGWP DEPENDENTS

Hi All! I understand that once we receive official confirmation from the school that we have completed the program, we have 180 days to apply for pgwp from the date of the school's confirmation. Does the 180 days also apply to the dependents or we can apply for them anytime (even beyond 180 days) as long as we meet the requirements (i.e. noc a/o/b job + 3payslips)??
