question on medical examination

can anyone fail medical exam for being obese .
have you heard or know of anyone how have, or is ti nothing to worry about.

Notwithstanding the fact that being obese is something to ACTUALLY worry about i think you're probably ok for immigration purposes. I would suggest a re-evaluation of personal priorities

Obesity is not grounds for failure of medicals. But if your weight is 100kg and above, the DMP will ask you to take an ECG test.

No, obesity is not a disqualification for medical if he/she does not have any other serious problems.
