I applied for FSW category 1 (under 38 occupations list) to Buffalo office in July 2009 and got my file number in July 2009 itself. I am waiting for the next step in FSW process, as it seems they are still processing Dec 2008 applicants or so. I have submitted pcc, bank statements etc in this scenario.
I also applied for AINP (Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program) in March 2009 and hoping to get nomination from them soon within next few weeks.
I am interested in immigrating to Canada asap. I am thinking this should be possible if I request CIC to covert my FSW to PNP application. Is that right? How does this process of "converting from fsw to AINP" work? How good is that? Please advise.
