I am international student in Canada .. my study permit will finished March 2012 and my new TRV also will finish the same date ... I will finish my certificate (one year) Dec. 2010 then will apply for PGW hopefully will get one year
My concern is I will go in a visit my country during 2011
1. Do I need to change the TRV (student) to make it TRV (WORK) ??? OR I can come back in PGW the same TRV and no need to change it ???
2. What I know that if you are in work permit and want to take vacation outside Canada you need to have your employer approval to show them in the port of entry , in this case I have open PGW so I could work anywhere for any period do I still need employer approval if I want to take a vacation outside Canada ??
