Just a question about filling up the application form for Temporary Resident Visa.
I'm inviting my mother to visit me in Canada and there are several blanks in the form that she should state all the names of her family members.
As my father is deceased, does she need to include his name and information in the form? There is no clear instruction about whether or not to name dead family members.
