Question about Eligibility Period

Hello, I’m trying to fill out my citizenship application CIT0002. But I don’t understand!!
I became permanent resident on January 29, 2014. I received the Open Work Permit on June 14, 2012. On the calculator, my “Eligibility Period” is 2013-02-05 to 2018-02-05. My question is when I fill out the CIT 0002 form, everywhere that says “Eligibility Period” (such as place that I lived, dates I was out of the country, work, school etc.) meaning from 2013-02-05 on? Or do I have to count since the first day I entered Canada which was in Nov. 2009?
“5 years immediate” = 4 years after PR, + 1 year Credit which is my “Eligibility Period” on the calculator (2013-02-05 to 2018-02-05.) I have been counting and counting all of the questions from 2013-02-05, Did I do it right ????
Please help me!
Thank you !!

Pre-Assessed..
As per the calculator “Eligibility Period” is 2013-02-05 to 2018-02-05.

You need to provide all your history for this period.

Yes, you're right, you only need to list your work, adress, presence history for the 5 years prior to the day you sign your application. Ignore what you've been doing in Canada between 2009 and February 2013.
The only exception is the police certificate (if needed), for which only the last 4 years are relevant.

Also, since you're going to list your work status in Canada before you became a PR in one of the questions, just put its start date as the day you got that status, not the 1st day of your eligibility period.

Good luck !
