Question about documents, IMM 5292 (B?)

Getting ready to apply citizenship.
Need to gather the documents, IMM1000 or IMM5292 to be sent with the application (plus tons of others, lol).
I cannot find IMM1000 and only thing I find is IMM5292 B? Left corner at the bottom (where is the number what form/document it is) states IMM5292 (CON)B(06-2004)
And below this it says Generic. Top page says Generic document - 3 part distribution.
I cannot remember at all should there be something else.

Yes, that's the IMM5292, "Confirmation of Permanent Residence". The IMM1000 was issued to people who "landed" before June 2002. So, if you arrived after that date you would only have the IMM5292 and an immigrant visa in your passport.
