Question about after VISA returned

Dear Seniros,

May I have your answer about:
After my visa granted and returned on hand, whether I need to inform IRCC for the changes of my passport?

The fact is I am planning my travel around the world after my CoPR and Visa returned, that means my Visa will have new other countries stamp.
So it's said, my passport will looks different compare with what I submitted to IRCC during my application and when it is granted.
So do I need to update the information to IRCC?

Or what kind of change must inform IRCC on passport?

Please kindly advise.
