IN application question # -9C regarding quebec thing I know we say "NO" . But the second part about giving info to CIC what do we say? yes/no.. I am from Saskatchewan..

Do you guys have any idea how many places..?

I can see only 2 places..
1) Application package - Page 6 in black ink

2) ONline residence calculator - One signature and date..

Can you guys confirm if there is any other?

One more place where you have to use your pen - on the back of your photograph. You need to write your name. Most of the photo studios stamp the photos with studio details and date. Unfortunately, I think I missed it and now I am waiting for my application to come back due to this silly mistake.
