Question 8 query answers when pardon received.

Hello,

I am planning to apply for Canadian citizenship.
I was charged with domestic violence couple of years ago.(3 years ago)
I was not convicted and given pardon and obeyed all conditions.
Can you please tell me if i need to say "yes" to any of points in Question 8 for Citizenship application?
