Question 13 (held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada)?

Hi,

I am an Indian citizenship and had a work visa (J1) for US during my citizenship eligibility period. I am looking for inputs regarding question 13 of Canadian citizenship application:
Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada (this includes your country of birth)?

Am I supposed to just have one row for Indian citizenship or shall I create a row for the US work visa as well.

Your expert inputs would be really appreciated.

I ended up declaring all the visit visas as well from first visa after seeing the reply to this tweet
