My de facto spouse passport will expire on january 2014.. Can we still submit the photocopy of that passport or do we need to renew it first. We plan to submit this September. Tnx guys

Panu kung may 9 years na nursing job tas na unemplyed for 1 year .. Nagpasa na kami ng papers tas may file number na din .. Pero ngaun employed na pero not as nurse sa hospital .. EHR appeals representative ang title ng job. Kelangan pa ba isubmit or pde na din di na... Pls answer thank you

As the regulation has been changed, now your points would be calculated like this after July 2013.
Education 10
AOT 16
EXP 8
Age 16
Eng: 1 (L-0 (as 4.5 bands), S-1) now if you scored above 5 bands in R and W then add 1 points for each.
French: 0 (no points below B2 level or equivalent ant other french score)
Kinds: 8
spouse edu: 1 (I don't know what is your spouse education and occupation, that's I mentioned the same points as you had)
Total: 60 (the third screening score required is 63 so the interview is sure)

I know your query on this has already been answered on another thread. It seems you still do have a doubt whether answer you got is authentic or not. To peace your mind, yes your file has been accepted for further processing but make sure this is just beginning still you have long way to go.

I think,you have also applied to FSW right...? For your notice ,under FSW CIC send PER and likewise QSW send AOR.
