Hi. Need some advise lang po re my application. My application was received March 2014 and have not received any letter from Quebec immigration.
After calling them this week, I was informed the file was opened and registered last year July 2014 but haven't received hard copy letter and I was given some sort Acknowledgement reference letter with HA+digits via e-mail yesterday. What should I do next? Is the reference number different from a File number? Is there anyone here has the same scenario?

3. nainvite for interview? and what were the common reasons po?
4. awarded with CSQ, since need magapply sa federal-- is it mandatory na to show proof of funds or certificate pa din?

I think working experience matters that's why we need to submit Job Description so that they can check our employment background.

with #1 it says from Quebec Immig Website that

"Recognized experience
The work experience by a skilled worker candidate must have been acquired:
in the five years preceding the date of submission of an application for a selection certificate
in an occupation with a skill level above “D” as defined by the National Occupational Classification (NOC)
legally in the country concerned.

The following experience, which respects the aforementioned conditions, is recognized:

experience that was acquired full time or part time in remunerated jobs
full-time or part-time work internships as part of an apprenticeship, training or specialization recognized by a diploma, both remunerated and non-remunerated."

this means that internships or on-job trainings are accepted provided that they are 6 months above para may points and as long as Diploma is awarded within the 5 yer period. Please correct me on this one if mali pagkakaintindi ko.
