Today i called MIDI to know the status of my file and they told me that my file was put in an interview queue and it might be conducted within 9 months.

I think you can file belated tax return then request for a tax clearance certificate. I have filed my belated tax return. I don’t remember the procedure.
Download tax return form, fill up the form and submit the form at the income tax office directly.
Please discuss with your tax consultant for details.

That dépends on the course content. Fyi, DCS is college level (less than Bach).

My graduation is in Bachelor Of Computer Application - BCA. Then I completed Executive MBA in IT.
As I understand , I will be awarded 12 points for education.
How many points for AOT - 16 Points Computer Science (Bach.) OR 12 Points DCS
