Quebec Immigration

I am looking for more information on Immigrating to Quebec, as a skilled worker, How long the process takes, ? Is it mandatory to have knowledge of French, to work in Quebec, and are we supposed to stay and work in Quebec only?

Hi,

Knowledge of french is extremely important 'coz Quebec is a french province.

The process is like this...after you submit the application, around 2-3 months for confirmation and file no. mail, then afterwards if everythings fine in your application, within 3-4 months, you'll get an interview call (If you give a french language test then they may send you the CSQ directly)...if interview is successful then you get their approval and CSQ after which you have to apply to the federal immigration and get your PR in 6-8 months time.
