Quebec CSQ from Outside Canada !!!

Hello Everyone,

I don't know if its a stupid question or good to ask that if we can apply for a CSQ (for Quebec obviously) from outside Canada (from India) because so far I know that we can only apply for a provincial nomination (like PNP or CSQ) if we are living in Canada or someone had studied here for a while.

So I need some genuine advises over here so that I can give an advice to my brother and let him know if he has any chances of getting a CSQ from Quebec.

Brief Background of him:

- Has more than 7 years f Experience in Logistics/Supply chain Management
- Had done MBA in International Business in India
- Has got 7.5 bands in General IELTS

Note: I know many of you would give an advise on "go for 8 7 7 7" in IELTS which is the better way to enter Canada, but he had already given many attempts to it but couldn't reach there. Thats the reason I am asking if there is any other way to get a CSQ/PNP from any Province.

Hi, I am really worried about my application as I am an applicant of 2011 and received CSQ in 2017. Federal stage takes around 20 months from the date of application received. My federal stage application will be completed 20 months on 28-May-2019 and waiting for golden mail.

In the online progress system it is showing that estimated processing time remain 29 days. Can I expect PPR within this period?

It is just estimated timeline. Mine will also be 20 months in May, hope we will get it in time but there is no guarantee.
