Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

It is the same date I mentioned, actually after CSQ I didnt apply immediately for federal because we were waiting for newborn baby, so i delayed apply till birth of baby and waited for his CSQ, then I applied for federal part. Hope thats clear

Thank you so much for this info i was miss lead by the delay between csq and federal . it seems most of damascus applicants get inprocess second day after submitting their file to embassy in damascus which is not applicable now even for other offices. so by this info it is clear that they reached q1 2010 applicants soon they will start q2 2010 . thank you again and i wish you smooth landing in quebec

The medical and updated docs are generated for the last quarter of 2010 applicants... This month it was mostly for October and November 2010 applicants

Only for Beirut new applicants immediatly transferred to romania,
Beirut/Romania Oct-Nov 2010 got medical & Jan-Feb 2011 got email
Romania new applicants Aug 2012
Amman March 2010 got medical
Abu Dhabi Sept 2012

we are happy because for the first time in 3 years we are getting somewhere! no need to remind us we have lost 3+ just waiting...

And just to make it clearer, 3 years from federal, not to forget the wait for the csq...

For me it was 8 months for csq and 32 months for federal till date, what a waste. I was promised it will take 1 year back then during the interview

It was supposed to be 16 months for federal when my fiance applied...complete waste!

So I think it's normal we are happy to get the medical or even an e-mail saying our file is being transferred.

Did you receive a separate mail for medicals? because I received a similar email to send updated documents without getting the medicals mail. Another question, Should the docs like 'Etat Civil' be stamped by the ministry of exterior? My documents sent previously for federal was only translated . Thx

It would better if u stamp them by the foreign affairs. It only takes an extra day to be done by the translator...
