Fine, but the issue is how are they moving ? If it is not according to medicals than what is it according to ?

I don't think by federal file because Elyhadad was a 2011 federal applicant and received his PPR while we i did not as many others, also today someone from 2013 received the PPR

Medical was sent based on federal file but the rest apparently is different.
All people getting PPR are in process at least for BUCHAREST applicants and the earliest you are in process the earliest you get (that's my observation for all the cases on the forum). Some guys on the forums even moved to process just before their medical expire by 2-3 months and still haven't received their PPR.
