Quebec 2010 Applicants Damasucs Visa office

Hi Friends,

As I informed you that, I got CSQ in OCT 2012. My file transferred to Abu Dhabi office in the last week of Mar 2013.
Abu Dhabi office asked me to submit police certificates for my wife and myself from the countries where we stayed more than 6 month from the age of 18 years. I collected certificates and sent by courier in the second week of August. Courier tracking record shows that my documents have been reached at their office.
Till date I did not receive any information from Abu Dhabi office. File status shows Application Received since March 2013.

Almost three and half years. I think I have to wait at least 1 to 2 years more....

Since you were requested for updates that will delay process.
Usually when they ask for updates this will meds around 5-6 months from the day they receive your documents. Because all my friends who received their aor b4 6 june they received meds request.
As you may receive your meds around janvier and février

I'm 2011 applicant and i received an email from quebec " Pamela Masodi; Agente d'aide socioéconomique" since 4 days. They are asking me to provide missing or non-compliant documents within 90 days or they will reject my application.

2-any one know how to get the "ATTESTATION DE LA LÉGALITÉ DE VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE AU COURS DES CINQ DERNIÈRES ANNÉES"
since im working in saudia arabia and i dont know how to provide it and how can i get it from lebanon.
3-I'm wondering why they didnt ask me to provide the certificate of french test since i didnt submit any document related to this issue.

My last question, if i provided them all these documents so what is the next stage.. can i consider that i'm on the waiting list?

1- Does any one from 2011 applicants received an email from quebec?
I have a friend, 2012 applicant, who got the same. But even after he updated them, his points were not high enough for him to be called for interview.

2-any one know how to get the "ATTESTATION DE LA LÉGALITÉ DE VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE AU COURS DES CINQ DERNIÈRES ANNÉES"
since im working in saudia arabia and i dont know how to provide it and how can i get it from lebanon.
For your work in Saudi, you can ask your company to give you a letter of status, and then you certify it from chamber of commerce in your city.

What is your level of French?

My last question, if i provided them all these documents so what is the next stage.. can i consider that i'm on the waiting list?
I don't think so. They are only asking for update to see how many points you have earned so far.

Thanks a lot but still i'm a little bit confused!!

1- I asked my company to provide me the work experience letter that includes the following information as per the immigration office request :

ATTENTION

Les attestations de travail doivent être produites sur du papier à en-tête de l’entreprise et contenir les renseignements suivants :

La durée de l’emploi (date du début et date de la fin de l’emploi)

Le nombre d’heures travaillées par semaine

Les postes que vous avez occupés ainsi que la période durant laquelle vous avez occupé ces postes

Une brève description des tâches

Les coordonnées de l’employeur (incluant le numéro de téléphone)

Le nom de la personne signataire doit y être inscrit lisiblement, et le document doit être signé et daté.

But my company said that they don't write such information in the work experience letter.

So does any one can help me to find a suitable form to use it?

But my sister is not working there (her husband is working only) so how she can provides last notice of Assessment? she provided only bill of gaz or electricite .. any one can help?

Finally, my points are the following(without calculating the points related to the French or English language):
1- Age ... 16 i'm 26 years old
2-Education----10 i have bachelor in mechanical engineering
3-Area of training --- 6 since i'm mechanical engineer
4-experience--- if i provided the required document so it will be 6 or 8 since i have at least 3 years from the date i sent the application+2 years before i submit the application.
5-my wife age --3 she is 24 years old
6-my wife education--3 she has bachelor in English literature
7-my family in Quebec--3 since my sister is living there
8-i visited Quebec for 3 months (internship at poly technique DE Montreal) -- i think 1 point
9-Self sufficiency---1

so i have 49 points without french and English. so I'm wondering why they didn't ask me to provide the French and English certificates since i didn't send any document related to this issue ..

Do you know how to have a criminal record for former residents of Saudi Arabia?
I no longer live over there and I do not know how to have one.

you need to ask someone to do it for you since it is the only way to obtain police certificate. if you do not know anyone then you have to show them your final exit and explain to them that it is impossible to obtain it from there.
