hi guys pls help me..
im confused abt. the number 9 & 10 question in quebec skilled selection
im NURSE 4 YEARS DIPLOMA... i don't know if what code for list of areas awarding 12 to 16
and i dont know also the code for list of areas of warding 6 points under the area of training..its so confusing.. is it the same NURSING - DCS-3 YEARS? PLS. HELP ME.. Thanks i appreciate..

thanks cherif.. my diploma was 4 years graduate of bachelors of science in nursing from college institution not university.. I cant find what code for questions 9 and 10..i will submit my form soon this end of december.. im worried wat is the answer.. if the no. 9 is bachelor of science in nursing which is U118 so what is the no. 10 answer?

well, 9- tic oui/yes, title Sciences infirmières et nursing (BACC. - 3 ans) code U118, date of diploma as written on yours

10- tic non and write nothing else in this suction unless you have another diploma that awards 6 points..


thats all, even if yours was from a technical college but equivalent to that title in canada since its obtained after 16 years of total studies..

you can use the link below to check the average processing time to receive your CSQ, regardless your file as nursing will be fast tracked..it takes so much time from libya you may better apply through your original country' immigration office if its different..

guys! i sent my federal file, but a friend told me i should have stamped all papers at the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs which i didnt read on cic.gc.ca!! shall i expect such request from them later on ? or it can go on since i sent the original papers with the usual stamps and certified translations..

No dear, not at all, all documents are to be sent original, with translation by a certified translator. That's it. All my file was sent like this.

I calculated my points and many of you helped with that; they are estimated to be 52 approx. but there's a possibility that I get married early next year.

Now; i've been engaged for almost 3 months... so what possible impact this might have over my points?

My fiance and future wife is 22 years old, will graduate in January 2013 with a Bachelor in Environmental Sciences which is 4-year university degree, she speaks very good English, and French beginner.

How many points could she add to our overall points (as couple)?

Please advise your valuable input!

How many points could she add to our overall points (as couple)? All together you will have 52 + 6 + 2(If she has DELF A1 or A2) = 60 points. I hope that helps

As you know I am a Dec 2010 applicant. Today I received an email from BIQ Damascus telling me that they started studying my file but some documents are still missing. I need to send them the documents within 90 days otherwise the application would be rejected. This was terrifying. I will try to get the missing docs ASAP.
