To day i went to a consulatant as i am going to reapply for my case . I told him that i didi my graduation from Delhi university in correspondence course then he said you have to submit 16 hours per week certificate from delhi university.
Now what i do i did my course from external correspondence in which they do not provide any classes
can any body have the format of 16 hour classes certificate.
