There are two possibilities in your case -

1. PNP - If you can arrange a sponsor in any province then you can apply to that province for PR under PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM.

2. FSW - You can also apply through federal skilled worker program. But due to very limited number of visas in this category, chances of getting selected are very less.


I hope this information helps. But again i am not an expert, you can consult other people.

Sponsor Means ?? Some One Relative ? Or Any One ?? And in any District ?? and What About Quebec ?

Sponsor is a person who is PR or a citizen. Sponsor can be your relative or friend.
