I'm not sure if i'm eligible or not but ontario sent me invitation for pnp . only question I have if my NOC requires trade certification for ontario or not . my noc is 7246 (telecommunication technician). PLZ help....

After completing my two year Mechanical maintenance course, I am working in Ontario from January 2016. My Score is 378. My real brother is PR here n living in Ontario. I created my profile on June 06/2017. I am not sure what are my chance.
