Hi, I would appreciate some advice. I had all my application documents ready to post for my fsw visa and found out it was closed off. Can anyone please advice me on any other way? What os provincial nominee and who and how can I apply?

I would prefer to work and live in Ontario but I would move to Alberta. I just really want to immigrate to Canada and was looking for the quickest way to receive a visa. I am a registered nurse and my husband is a chef.
