i applied for provincial nominees manitoba year and half ago yesterday i received approval letter i m currently in london my question is
1.what documents do i need to send them for further process
2.how long it gona take to get visa ?

Congrats on getting LOA from MPNP. Now you have to fill Canada Immigration forms & gather few documents to send your file to CIO, Nova Scotia first.
