Property Documents and Property Valuation Report?

Dear Members

I have read in EG-7 that u may include u n ur spouse property as proof of fund even some amount in Bank.
Case CHC-ISLAMABAD.

Pls confirm

Proof of funds MUST be in the form of some liquid funds at some financial institution

Yes, you can get evaluated your property by any approved agent and then use for Pof, but its only accepted for 1st half ......in 2nd half you should have liquid cash in your or spouse's account.

Hi everyone,

This is the answer I am looking for as well. I made my initial application on August and it has been accepted. Now I will submit the documents to London visa office. I have the same problem about the funds.

When I made the application in first place, I got the evaluation of my properties in Turkey and wrote the total as POF. Now I assume I have the write the same amount once again otherwise they might compare the figures and they can ask the reasons why it is up or down.

At the same time I am confused since in Appendix A does not ask you to prove the evaluation of proof. It asks you to prove the cash etc you have.

I can get the cash money required as well but will it help since my 120 days will expire on 27th January 2009?

Please advice.

Not necessary to show the same amount you can show suffice amount which required as per your family members. Arrange a required amount and deposit in your account as liquid cash and show them when requested. This is what I think.
