Property document- katha papers - India, Bangalore

Hi members,

I want to apply visitor visa for my mother . My father passed away. My mother stays with my younger brother in India .. to show ties back to India, I want to show the property documents which is on my mother’s name.My brother shared me only the B Katha papers that was issued on my mother’s name . Should I submit only that document or I need to provide property valuation docs etc… ?

Your background is similar to mine.

I submitted all originals and got the same translated and notarised on a stamp paper. ( khata ) . I didn't add the original sale deed as my mom's name was not on it ..

I just went to the kaveri website and got a rough est. Of the property and got that notarised too + it was disclosed on the net worth certificate by a CA

all the best to you too . Hope she gets the visa soon …. I checked that the processing time is almost 5 to 6 months . Please update when you get it I am hoping to apply it by first week of Oct.
