Proof of work experience - Skilled worker

Hello guys,

I graduated in 2020 as a doctor and started working since may 2020. After march 2021 I started on a new job, so I'd like to declare only this last job, since it's easier for me in terms of documents.
However, the government asks for the last 5 years of experience.
Would it be possible to declare only my last job and omit the first one ?

Ps: the first one is showed in my tax income declaration

Hi,

As far as I know, you won’t be asking for any documents regarding your previous job but only your current one, so it’s better to be honest with the Government.
