Proof of Job Responsiblities(Employment)

Hi All, I have a query regarding the requirement for proof of Job duties performed, I have been working in a company as a Software Tester( designation), However I have been performing the duties of Software Developer.
My Problem is that my company will not provide on its letterhead stating the duties I performed, as they have a standard format and cannot give a customized letter, Now what should I submit to CIC the letter would state software tester not developer. Do I have any other option to prove my skills except the letterhead thing.

Your help is highly appreciated, anybody faced similar issues?

It is very common these days.

If you are experience is not fake then here is the solution.

Submit the below mentioned documents, and your good to go.

Get one reference letter from your colleague or manager (preferable) on company letter head if possible else on plain paper with his or her signature. Stating that he knows you and you are performing ex number of duties within the capacity of.....

Staple his or her business card along with this reference letter.

Submit your offer, joining letter, transfer or training letter (If any), Salary slips, employment contract (Copies)

Thanks a lot!!, hope it works, My offer letter and payslip states software Tester, I completed a diploma course in 2009 and since then I am performing the duties of software developer.

anyways my experience is not fake
