Proof of funds what is available in line of credit

Is it OK to use a line of credit for some of the proof of funds if some of the line of credit is already used? So you would just state what is available.

Others can comment as not sure a line of credit counts as can that not be withdrawn in some circumstances at any time.

A line of credit is not included under acceptable documents for proof of funds. However, CIC is basically looking for your ability to support yourself, which by their definition is your school fees plus one year's living expenses, which is counted as CAD$10,000 per year, or CAD$11,000 per year for Quebec.
